Something New in Dubai
Sometimes, you find a person in Second Life who just gets you. For me, it's Angus. He lives on the opposite side of the Earth from me, and it's always tomorrow to him in New Zealand. We both love books, and we both have lives where we have to log out in an instant because of RL. We've known each other a whole year now and never once had a cross word.
Lately, I've been enlisting his help with modeling couples poses. I fell in love with this pose and prop set from Something New and couldn't wait to try it with him. Then St. Patty's week hit, and I wasn't around, and then he wasn't around, and the joy of our relationship is that - eventually - we will find each other.
When I found him today, it was mere seconds (well, ok, I was shopping...so it was few minutes) and we were posing in this pretty little scene.
The Lavender Photo Box was only 49L at the Dubai Event!!! It can be fitted with any pose, but the Sweet Lips pose was available at the event, as well, for 100L. The event last until April 10th, so you have some time, but not tooooooo much time, so get on over there!
Overall, Angus and I had fun creating this scene, and I am hoping it gives him some ideas. Although I've sworn off SL romance, I might ditch that thought for Angus. It's rare to find someone who actually gets it (and loves to play dress up, but that is a whole OTHER post!).
