Sweet Rewards

Oh, I love me a good game in Second Life.  I own every game I can find, but, sadly, I don't have anyone really to play them with inworld.  My favorite game, although old, is Slurbage - a knockoff of Scrabble.  I play the RL version nearly every week with my RL bestie.

Back in the days when I built Literary environments, I came across the amazing work of MadPea.  They are THE BEST in Second Life interactive scripting along with my good friend Warwick Falconer - the creator of Unity Maxim Role Play materials.  

But like most things in SL, I forgot about MadPea over the years because, well, I am a squirrel. But, recently, I went over to their store for a free Group Gift, and HOLY SMOKES!  They have added sooo much content over the years and the best part?  You can do a lot of these games and interactive simulations alone.   Some of them are free, and some have buy in costs for their HUDS, but, truthfully, I don't mind paying because wow, they have amazing scripters that need to get paid.  I even joined MadPea Unlimited which costs 5000L every three months.  Seriously, though, I don't mind paying roughly 20 USD to support their work.  It's good stuff.

The latest hunt was the Cupid Catastrophe Hunt, and for 100L you got a hud to hunt these tiny little Cupittos all over the grid.  You can read all about the game over at this post.  The prizes were seriously nice, and one was released each day.  If you are an Unlimited member, you got THIS sweet Champagne Glass Jacuzzi which comes in three colors AND in both Adult and PG (you'll have to get all snuggly with me to find out which one I have rezzed out...hehehehe).  This prize was worth the buy in cost for the Unlimited Package.

While this hunt ended today, the next activity is in the works.  I can't wait to see what it will be!
